"States Parties shall take all reasonable measures to eliminate discrimination against women in the field of work in order to ensure,on a basis of equality of men and women,equal rights,in particular:
(B) The right to obtain employment opportunities are equal, including the application of selection criteria samadalam employment problems ".
Which means in the article,when women entered the academy / military school, he also must undergo the same physical tests as applied to the cadre of men.
Meanwhile,in England alone,when the government imposed a "Gender Free Aproach" in 1997 in recruiting his army and impose the same physical exam to the cadre of men and women then what happens is that a high injury rate among female cadres.

(H) The same rights for both spouses in terms of ownership,acquisition,management, mastery, enjoyment and sharing of wealth,either for free or with a consideration of value ".

Feminism and the Crisis of Identity

In Islam too,the relationship between men and women are arranged in such a way. The man is obliged to make a living while women care for and educate their children, although did not rule out the possibility of women also helped the family economy but of course must obtain permission and consideration from her husband.
If gender equality brings harm to religious values,then,do not force us to be equal
