Paraphilic infantilism is a condition of a person who has the desire to use diapers and be treated like a baby.Some people who have a love of diapers known as diaper lovers (DLS).

Conditions experienced by Thornton usually occur as sexual satisfaction,but it is experienced by Thornton different because he found comfort and have no sexual feelings towards children.
"I want to be treated as a baby just to get love, affection and comfort, only to return to those times I was treated very well," he said.
