Mutassim Qadhafi Caught

Muammar Qadhafi,the fourth son, Mutassin,rebel troops successfully captured Libya on Wednesday (12/10/2011) in Sirte.According to a senior defense official of the National Transition Council.

The arrest was made several hours ago in his hometown Qadhafi,said Muhammad Taynaz.

Told Xinhua,saying that the Sirte Taynaz now been fully occupied by the troops of the Transitional Council,which seeks to get rid of Qadhafi loyalists in some areas.

"Liberation Sirte will likely be announced within the next 24 hours,defense officials said,as quoted by Xinhua (12/10/2011).

Earlier on Tuesday,the National Transitional Council Chairman Mustafa Abdul Jalil visited Sirte.To reporters he said the government was in power now takes two days to completely take over Sirte.

Pemerontak forces concerned,the loyalists Qadhafi would sneak in between the civilians and rebel forces in order to escape from the city.

While in Bani Walid,Taynaz said they were ready to launch a final assault on the city,the terrain is considered difficult because of geographical conditions of the hilly
