Apple spokeswoman Kristin Huguet confirmed that the district court in Dusseldorf, Germany,issued a decision in force in the European Union.With the exception of the Netherlands because Apple filed a separate lawsuit in there.But Samsung could still appeal the decision of the German courts.
Previously,Samsung also had to postpone the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 Australia for the same reason.Apple is also currently trying to block the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 United States.
