Image sensors.The camera has owned the iPhone 4S for 8MP image sensor. This is an increase in the previous series in which the iPhone (iPhone 4) has a 5 MP camera. With more pixels,the sharpness of the color photos will be enjoyed.
The lens.Lens on the iPhone 4S has a wider aperture that is 2.4 F-stop. With this aperture,the resulting image in low light conditions or indoors, will remain good. This is because,the lens with wide aperture captures more light.
Chip A5. Operation of the camera of the iPhone 4S will be faster with the use of the same image processor as used in the iPad 2.By Chip A5,Apple claims no more shutter lag that occurs. Apple said that this chip is as good as existing chips in DSLR cameras.

Video resolution. Video resolution on the iPhone 4S also been upgraded from 720p to 1080 HD.
