In this guide it shows that the cause or having a faulty component is the Power Management IC, the PMIC is the one that controls and feeds power supply voltage to all other components from the battery source.,Therefore,if the PMIC is damaged the device will totally paralyze (dead set )
The main key solution for this problem is to rework,change or replace the PMIC.You can found this in other non working blackberry bold PCB board,just make sure that the said IC is still working
